After reading two of your comments of Nuevo Latino, as we usually do we like to read customers reviews and see if there is something we can do to improve our food or services. However, it’s inexplicable how you have gone out of your way to damage our image. A customer is allowed to have an opinion but when you have made numerous comments on the net damaging our reputation and writing Varokaa Nuevo Latinoa. This is more of a serious matter. Sounds more like defamation and is unacceptable. We have worked really hard with the embassies such as Peru to bring or create a Latin theme in Helsinki. (Promoting, Peruvian pisco, ceviches, Peruvian coffee and olives). So it’s not only promoting a restaurant but rather many countries and their products of Latin America.
As a husband of a Peruvian lady who works in the Peruvian embassy, we hope that you would at least agree with us in this matter.
We ask kindly that you stop making such harsh comments. If you have any problems please let us know how we can assist you. We will report your emails as fraud and we hope that you don’t continue to make such negative comments that can damage a business. We will be in the obligation to take legal actions should this behaviour continue.

@ubiq, onko se ollut suosittu? Itse tuolla ylhäällä spekuloin että siinä pitäisi olla potentiaalia. Sitten kävin syömässä ja totesin että ei ole. Kauhean kallis, aivan ala-arvoinen palvelu, keskinkertaista ruokaa. Ja hyvä lattariruoka pitänyt pilata jollain ysärihenkisellä fuusiomeiningillä. 6 days, 3 hours ago by tulensrma.
Suomalais-eteläamerikkalaisen seurueemme tuomio: ruoka oli maukasta (etenkin churrasco) mutta ylihintaista. Tarjoilijat eivät osanneet hommaansa eivätkä puhuneet suomea tai espanjaa. Eivät myöskään tunteneet listan ruokia tai juomia vaan selittelivät jotain ympäripyöreää kun naapuripöydissä kyseltiin annoksista/drinkeistä. Etenkin ranskalainen miestarjoilija oli ylimielinen ja töykeä.by tulensrma

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been expecting a contact from you from your official company email address, but you seem to be more willing to communicate via the Peruvian embassy and the press.
I don't see any reason for continuing to pursue this matter any furhther via the press or online media. I think we should focus on dealing with this matter so that we can be able to to put this unfortunate event behind us and try to go on with our lives.
As you may have noticed, I haven't made any new comments on your food or service after receiving your email yesterday (or in the past week) - I have only commented on the way you decided to handle this.
What I expect from you is not a free meal or any other freebie, but after you have harassed my wife at her place of employment I do expect a formal apology from you to her so that myself and the people of the embassy are present.
I will publish this same letter on my website.
